OPUS Intake’s Complete “Intake 101” e-Learning Series for Beginner Intake Specialists
Course 1: Making a Good Connection
This program deals with making a good first impression and the importance of understanding the history of the law firm. You will learn specific techniques of phone presence and how to use the history of the firm to make a positive connection with the potential new client.
Course 2: Level 1 and Level 2 Roles and Responsibilities
This program deals with the division of tasks between Intake Specialists, with some tasks emphasizing getting the basic information and some dealing with closing and sending a contract.
Course 3: Total Quality: A Client Centered Focus
This program introduces basic Six Sigma or Total Quality concepts and their relation to the work of the Intake Specialist. You will learn several basic concepts of the Six Sigma management process and how they relate to your daily work.
