OPUS Intake Accredited “Certification”

The new OPUS Solution eLearning Training programs will provide quantifiable standard for evaluation of participant skills and capabilities through the rigorous OPUS Six Sigma protocols. After successful completion of the programs and subsequent evaluation, legal intake specialists and management will have the opportunity to become officially “OPUS Certified” as the empirical measure of proficiency.

Developed with top educators across the U.S. and in conjuncture with the International Society of Performance Improvement (ISPI) the OPUS programs have been sanctioned by the several associations in training and development. As such, the OPUS Intake standard has received constructive and actionable feedback inherent in the accreditation review process directly from the leaders in quantifying performance improvement. Established as the standard for intake productivity, the OPUS system will be receiving independent confirmation that our online training program course and measurement criteria and certification process meet these professional standards.

Based on ISPI’s 10 Standards of Performance Improvement and a rigorous code of ethics, the OPUS accreditation process gives the Law Firm an objective and quantifiable means of proving the quality and effectiveness of its intake people, products, programs, and services, as well as it’s global, overall effectiveness and rating.

To that end, OPUS Intake Certification will strive to be universally adopted as the standard for rating and evaluating intake proficiency through the legal industry.

By participating in the OPUS Solution, law firms will now be able to offer quantifiable proof of their firm’s overall intake proficiency. This rating may one day produce positive results in everything from justifying a lower interest rate on a hedge-fund loan to making their conversion rates a primary reason for another firm to joint venture partner with them.

After receiving employee certification and firm-wide accreditation, law firms will have an opportunity to manage and maintain the achieved level of intake quality going forward by signing-up for our on-going monitoring and maintenance program.
